Story[]
A shopping district that vanished in 1976. The district is small, with rows of buildings such as a restaurant, tobacconist and barbershop, and has turned into a ghost town that feels as though people were living there until just a few days ago. Near the end of the game the shibito have boarded it up and turned it into part of the Shibito Nest.
it is at this point that it becomes clear that the Upper Arato area is on the south side of the Arato neighbourhood (archive no.79, Map of Arato). There is also a scene in which Officer Ishida is happily eating Hanuda Noodles inside the restaurant, but since half-shibito only repeat actions they remember from life, he isn't doing it because he wants something to eat.

- Rokkaku's house = It's blocked until Shiro and Risa unlock it in day 1 - 07:00
- Ishikawa's house = There's a tape recorder
- Cafeteria = There Tetsuo Ishida can be found during Shiro Miyata (day 1 - 07:00)
